I am a people person who retired from 31 years of teaching, mostly at the high school level. My most rewarding experiences in education were serving students in emotionally traumatic situations.
Given the opportunity, I will work faithfully to assist my clients in attaining the goals they have set for themselves. My personal goal for each client is to instill a belief in each that if they believe in themselves, anything is attainable!

Calling all dedicated individuals who are committed to making a change in their appearance along with their overall health. I am here to guide you through your extreme body transformation.
If your goal is to lose weight, I can show you how. If you want to gain muscle along with size, I am going to show you how. If you wish you played, I will design programs specifically targeted to your personal needs and body type. In each session, you will begin with a a five minute warm up. This will include stretching, or slow interval on a piece of cardio equipment, and then will progress into an intense forty-five-minute weight-training workout.

Amy has a passion to share her experiences as a teacher of yoga. She has a gift of easing her student's apprehensions, while demystifying yoga for everyone in her classes.These fuel Amy's desire as an instructor - and her unique ability to communicate with her students yoga's numerous and profound benefits. Amy has over 10 years of experience in corporate and hospital health promotion and fitness. Her personal experience with yoga has shown her that it is a powerful aid for growth and improving overall well-being. Since 2003, Amy has taught yoga in a variety of settings - corporate wellness, yoga centers, health clubs, and hospital and church-sponsored community programs. Amy has a passion to bring yoga to everyone, regardless of age, shape or fitness level.
