| Krav Maga intergrates techniques from Eastern European street fighting, military combat, Kung-Fu, Karate, Boxing, Judo, Ju-Jitsu and Western Wrestling to name a few. Bags and gloves are used. Punches taught: straight punch; palm heel strike; low punch; hammer fist; hook; upper cut and elbow strike. Kicks taught: Low kick; front kicks; round kick; side kick; heel kick and back kick.
